Sixcia Devine
Sixcia Devine is an author, speaker, and social entrepreneur. She is the founder of Sixcia Business Development, a marketing with purpose consulting firm, as well as the visionary force behind Caritas Smile, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering communities in need. Through its signature program, Take a Trip Change A Life, participants engage in random acts of kindness, such as rebuilding homes and schools, facilitating art programs, and delivering medical supplies to hospitals, and rural communities across the U.S. and Latin America. All of this is done in conjunction with eco-tours, exploring off-the-beaten-path areas and creating a lasting impact in the process.
During the pandemic, Sixcia launched Six Art Studio, where she creates one-of-a-kind wall and table fluid art. The proceeds benefit Caritas Smile.
Sixcia has worked for Google, educating small businesses and nonprofits on how to grow their business online. She has helped train, educate, and inspire over 10K businesses.
Sixcia is the author of "Tapping Into The Hispanic Market: Connect. Engage. Innovate.” She writes feature stories for magazines like Cosmo Latina and speaks at universities, business centers, chambers, and non-profit organizations throughout the US, Puerto Rico and Latin America. Sixcia is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, where she earned a BA in Communication Studies, a BA in Spanish, and a minor in International Development. She has worked and studied at Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government.. Sixcia was a visiting lecturer at the Fashion Institute of Technology of New York.
