Parking

Please arrive as early as possible to secure a parking spot. Registration will be open as early as 3:00 pm with access to the venue opening up at 5:00 pm.

If you arrive early, feel free to pick up your badges at the registration desk (by the clock tower) and then enjoy the shops and restaurants at Mizner Park until the venue opens.

Free parking is available in the following garages at Mizner Park:

• Garage A and B are accessible from Federal Highway at Fourth Street.
• Garage C is located at 3rd Street and Mizner Boulevard.
• Garage D is located at 5th Street and Mizner Boulevard.
• Handicap parking spaces are available in each parking garage

Event Credential

Registration will be open as early as 3:00 pm with access to the venue opening up at 5:00 pm. If you arrive early, feel free to pick up your badges at the registration desk by the clock tower.

Present your ticket to the registration desk. We scan the ticket to validate it, then provide you your badge to enter the event. If you are bringing any guests, we will provide you with the badges for your entire party. If you cannot find your ticket, you will be required to show ID.

There are no refunds. In the case that you cannot attend the event, you are welcome to give your ticket(s) to someone else.

Limited Food Service

We are offering food for sale ranging between $5 and $20 starting at 5:00 pm. We will also have a cash bar open for wine, beer, assorted liquors, waters and soft drinks.

Please note that food service will be accessible during the two breaks, and throughout the event, but with limited vendors. To the extent you would like to have a full meal, have special dietary needs, or would prefer not to wait on line, we would suggest you planning dinner before or after the event.

Chilly Weather

We understand that the temperatures may dip a bit on Saturday evening. As such, we encourage you to wear warm clothing and welcome you to bring blankets to snuggle under while you are in your seats watching the presentations.
